This is the privacy policy for jasonparkconsulting.com — the marketing site for Jason Park Consulting, LLC. It’s short on purpose. The site doesn’t collect much, and it doesn’t do much with what it collects.

Any consulting engagement we take on is governed by a separate written agreement. This page covers the website only.

If you fill out the form at /contact, the following are sent to my email inbox via Web3Forms:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company (optional)
• What you wrote in the message field

Web3Forms is the third-party service that relays the message. They process the submission to deliver it. Their privacy practices are at web3forms.com.

I read everything that comes in. I usually reply within a business day, from my normal work email.

I don’t sell your information, share it with marketers, add you to a newsletter, or feed it into any system other than my own email.

I don’t use the contact form to retarget you with ads. There are no ads on this site.

This site uses Vercel Analytics for basic traffic numbers — pageviews, referrers, country-level location. No cookies are set. No personal identifiers are stored. The data is aggregated and used to understand which pages people read.

If you’d rather not be counted, any standard tracker-blocker (uBlock Origin, Brave, Firefox’s built-in protection) blocks Vercel Analytics by default.

Form submissions live in my email indefinitely, in the same inbox as the rest of my correspondence. If you’d like a message deleted, ask. I’ll do it.

This site is for general contractors and the people who buy from them. It’s not directed at anyone under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the updated version will live at this URL with a new “Last updated” date below.
