These are the terms of use for jasonparkconsulting.com — the marketing website for Jason Park Consulting, LLC, a California limited liability company.

This site exists to describe a consulting practice and its work. It is informational. It is not, by itself, an offer to perform services, a contract, or financial, legal, or engineering advice.

Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed between Jason Park Consulting, LLC and the client. That agreement — not this website — defines scope, deliverables, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and the rest.

Reading this site, sending a contact form, or having a discovery call doesn’t create that engagement. A signed agreement does.

You may read this site, link to it, and quote short excerpts of it for normal purposes. You may not scrape it at scale, repackage it, or pass it off as your own.

If you find a bug, broken link, or factual error, please tell me. The site is built and maintained by hand and corrections are welcome.

This section doesn’t apply to obligations Jason Park Consulting, LLC takes on under a signed engagement agreement. Those are governed by that agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in California.

If these terms change, the updated version will live at this URL with a new “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
